Leaking roof, no emergency repair received so far.
The hailstorms damaged my roof 7 days ago, put in a claim with Naked. To this day my roof had not been fixed and it is raining everyday and damages are getting worse. Naked refers me to Digicall for emergency repairs but nothing has materialized so far. Very frustrating service.
