Lack of communication 😒

I had an incident on Friday the 12th of August, and since then the progress has been very slow. On Thursday the 18th they send a message saying they have sent the claim and also said they will communication on the next business day which is the 18th (friday). I sent them an email and they havent texted me yet. It really is frustrating honestly speaking. I sent all the documents that were needed.
