Just Concerned Client but no Complain

So far so good because I haven't had to claim for anything and hopefully that won't be the case as I have seen a lot of reviews complaining about how easy it is to join but so difficult to claim. I am just happy with Naked reasonable prices and I hope they up their game on claims. Since I don't have any experience of a claim, I won't say much but I am concerned about the complains I have read concerning bad service on claims. We all take an insurance for claims not for easy way to join.
