Josh Butler has been handling my mom’s wearable claim from start to finish and has just been absolutely amazing. He reached out when he found out she was distressed over the claim and he wanted to assure her everything would be okay and not to worry. I cannot scream our praises with Josh from the rooftops any higher. He is just amazing and an absolute delight to deal with. Such a gentleman and a very gentle and understanding person.
