I’ve now recently moved over to house hold and home contents, it took me less than half a day to get signed in, setup everything and pictures taken and approved by Naked. Due to my first time ensuring house hold, I did phone them asking for assistance on what I did, I spoke to Simonè on the phone, she asked me to send an email, I didn’t expect it to go to her or for her to remember me, but she emailed me back almost immediately and was ready to assist, she reviewed everything, and assured me that what I have submitted and is accepted by Naked and in the even the worst happens I will be covered and paid out.
