I've made two claims to date, and honestly, Naked is the best. Their service is out of this world! They treat you like you're their only client – incredibly responsive, and always willing to help you understand your policy or answer any questions you might have. I lost my phone on Saturday, opened a claim on Sunday, submitted the missing details to Naked (my designated assistant, Katelyn), and by Tuesday, my claim was approved! 😊 I don't plan on leaving Naked Insurance anytime soon."
