I’ve been with Naked Insurance for about three years

I’ve been with Naked Insurance for about three years. At first, I got Naked to cover my phone. Then recently, I bought a car and got Naked to cover it too. About three weeks in, someone or something threw a projectile at my rear windscreen, completely shattering it as I was driving home. I was upset and at first thought I should fix it myself. But I decided to claim from Naked and the process was seamless on the app. Within minutes it was approved and the service provider was able to fit the new glass within a few days. All in all, the experience was great.
