Its okay to damage other people's property as long as you are in debt.
My car was at home parked in its bay and a delivery driver drove straight into it and was caught by cctv cameras. I am not satisfied with the outcome of my claim as Naked has decided to not pursue the party at fault nor the company he works for because they are in debt. So in other words you can get away with damaging other people's property by being in debt.
