It took a full month to settle my claim, but it was due to a clerical error at the bank
It took a full month to settle my claim, but it was due to a clerical error at the bank. Naked insurance ensured that I had wheels to use by ensuring I had a courtesy car for 32 days, i was only asked to return it once payment reflected in my account. It was a pleasure dealing with Sandile & Tshiamiso from Naked. Excellent service!
