Naked Insurance

<div>I submitted a claim, paid excess and eventually withdrew the claim as I was now in the process of selling my car and the buyer wanted it as it was. Therefore, no repairs were done. However, it has been weeks and weeks of me having to follow-up with Naked because they are making it a hassle refunding the excess that I have paid.

The fact that everything is done online is all good on paper, however when you need feedback and refunds like in my case, it has truly proven difficult.</div>
