It is easier when joining but when it is time to claim they keep on asking too many questions and they are always responding afternoon when they are about to close their offices. I wish I did not heard about this company before I even joined it. Especially Phindile Mathonsi from their team keeps stressing me with questions. She keeps on asking one and the same question in different ways for days, up until now my claim is not approved😞💔
