iPhone water damage claim

I had an accident with my phone and the flpping water! I logged a claim on the 29th of Sep 2022. On the 3rd of Oct 2022 the phone was collected with the hope it will be repaired. On the 5th of Oct 2022 I was informed the phone cannot bet repaired. Naked sourced a replacement phone. I wanted a different phone and asked if I can have an iStore voucher. They approved the request and on the 7the I got the voucher and used it at the iStore to purchase the new phone. Thanks Naked Insurance for your patience with me and aid to assist me with my final request. Jacob and Anna was stars!!!!
