iPhone claim

I was really impressed with how quick everything happened, from claim to payout all within 2.5 days! And the communication was solid. What I really don’t like though was they insist on you doing the claim through the app so if you don’t have an alternative phone or someone’s phone you’re *****ed. Rather inconvenient on that part.
