Invalid vouchers

Claimed for ****** laptop and cellphone, bizarrely they paid me in takealot vouchers this is after a lengthy process of back and forth with the email staff. Finally today I received the voucher however the voucher is invalid, I called takealot and naked, they both promised to get back to me but I'm still waiting.

You guys are proving to be unreliable, you have absurd ways of settling claims but what irritates me most is your service levels it's appalling.
