Insure with Naked at your own risk!!!

What a very nonsensical insurance, I am very much ****ed and so disappointed. On the 30th of November I got kidnapped and ******, I made a claim with naked for my iphone 14 and sent all the necessary documents they had needed. They escalated the matter to Rix forensics which happens to be their assessor, till today the 8th of January 2025 one of the consultants is giving me runarounds from Peter to post and constantly asking me documents that I had long sent to her. She requested for my bank statements again which I had already provided and now implys that the statement I gave them isn't true.
