Insurance made better by Naked

I had my doubts about Naked when I had to start my claims procedure after my car was hi-jacked while in the mechanic's care on the 30th of November 2020. I only joined them in March 2020 and my insurance was on pause for most of the year due to working from home as a result of Covid.

Even thought the claims procedure was quite long winded and I had to ask for updates on a regular basis, I was extremely impressed by the end result. I have never had to claim before so I am sure it would have taken the same amount of time for any other insurer as well.

Needless to say I picked up my new vehicle today and insured through Naked again. They have definitely earned my loyalty and trust. I am even getting my mom to move her 2 vehicles and house hold insurance over to Naked.

Will definitely recommend them to anyone.
