Fairly happy with the service. The only thing I can recommend is to avoid a digital assessment. My vehicle could have been done in 3-4 weeks but got delayed due to the virtual assessment not taking into account the technical faults underneath the vehicle. This actually cost Naked more as they had to extend my car hire to 60 days. I could have had it in 30 days. However the team gave me no hassles. Victoria was helpful and understanding.
