ive been with naked for the past three years and i have never claimed but I'm confused to see how my premiums keep increasing with very high amounts and my access also keeps increasing to a ridiculous amount while my cars value depreciates each year. I'm so glad i never had a claim as i see the amount of people complaining about this insurance company, i have moved and have peace of mind knowing that i am with a reputable company that takes their clients seriously.
