Initially, given their app-based insurance and lower premiums, I was quite nervous when making a claim with Naked. However, from the very moment I logged the claim - I have been so amazed again and again! The consultant that assisted me was Tieho Mabula and Naked Insurance is INCREDIBLY lucky to have an employee of her standard working for them. All responses to any emails were within 2-3 minutes and Tieho explained the process to me in detail, providing assurances where needed and going the extra mile to tailor the process to my needs. Moreover, loading information and the claim details on the app were super simple and I had my claim resolved within the week. Lastly, Naked were very fair with regard to the claim payout. I have gone from being quite nervous about Naked to absolutely amazed by the customer service; responsiveness and customer experience. I will be switching all my insurance to them and recommending to all friends and family.
