Incredibly Claims Experience

Absolutely wonderful experience.

I had my first claim with Naked this week and it was a pleasure from start to finish. No annoying paperwork, no delayed and frustrating steps - just a quick form to tell them what happened and they handled it from there. Email updates to tell me how things were going and an updated app incase I wanted to check in.

Everything from logging the claim to having the item collected and evaluated, and closing off the claim has been a wonderful show that insurance can be easy.

They go as far as to refund my payment for the insured item for this month as I no longer have that item (it broke and is being replaced).

It took less than 4 working days to close off the whole claim.

Highly, highly recommend.
