Incredible Service Through and Through!!

To say I am pleased with Naked Insurance, would be an understatement. I have had two unfortunate experiences in a short space of time and Naked has pulled through tremendously for me. Their level of empathy and professionalism exceeds any sort of expectation.

I had a house ******* on Saturday (17 Aug 2024) just after 16:00 and I claimed a while later on the same day. My claim video to the team was just frantic and filled with panic as I was not clear-headed given my experience. On Monday (19 Aug 2024), Dylan made contact and I provided everything that was requested. On Tuesday (20 Aug 2024), my claim was approved. I was traumatised and just going through the motions and knowing that Insurance was not something I needed to stress about, added to my sanity. Dylan Bossenger and Team, THANK YOU!
