Incredible Service

I first want to say I thank the day I switched my insurer to Naked, I have been with them for 3 years and since then I have never encountered issues for an exclusively online platform, at first I was hesitant but I went with it, beginning of this month I lost my phone, claiming for replacement was a seamless, Josh along with his colleagues were very prompt with the responses, even covering my new device was so easy, I am only paying R87 more than before which is nothing compare to the service I have received from Naked, Thank you very much, I highly recommend them especially now I know that i wasn't just chatting to bots but real people lol, thank you again, keep up the good work.
