Impressive Claims Experience

Hi I would like to acknowledge the efforts of Karabo at the Naked claims team. His swift responses regarding my claim and updating me throughout the day was a great help. Within 3 days I have a solid outcome and something to look forward too at the end of it all. It is always a pain to fill in documents and explain what went wrong when claiming however Naked has made things so simple for clients to submit their claims and get responses in no time. Even when speaking to their assist line the person on the other end is so considerate and apologizes for the situation that your in. Communication is key when dealing with things that have gone wrong but with Naked there is never a need to have to follow up on your request/claim because you are always kept in the loop on what is happening with your claim. Since I have chosen Naked as my insurer I have always recommended them to friends and family because of the claims experience from start to finish its something that one can never forget but always mention to others.
