I have never ever received such flawless, easy, free flowing with no complication customer service. I lost my phone and i submitted my claim to Naked via the app. I mean, everything is done online, i like that part because I'm more of a convenience girly, but still had my reservations because of the world we live in that's filled with ****s and all. Naked insurance has changed my perspective towards them completely. And as a result of this, I'm moving all my insurance needs to them and trust me when i say I will be recommending and promoting this company to every single person i know because everyone deserves great customer service especially when paying for a service.
