I'M STAYING BECAUSE OF TARRYN AND LAUREN!!!

I've been with naked for many years and I've never had a claim on my vehicle insurance until now. When I initially started the claims process I was assisted by a wonderful soul named Tarryn ( I don't have her surname), she was patient and held my hand through the submission of the claim on the app and also taking me through their process - not once did she not avail herself to help when I reached out to NAKED. After the submission was done, she handed me over to another amazing soul Lauren Mooney who also made every effort to make sure I was at ease with the process and kept me updated telephonically as well as on email. We need patient and gentle humans who go over and above for the next person.
