I’m not happy with Naked insurance
I covered my iPhone 12 64 gig that I bought at Takealot with R13999.00 and I covered it with R14000.00 at Naked insurance unfortunately I lost it last week (03 January 2025).They approved the claim but now they are coming with stories now they want to replace my phone with a second hand phone instead of a Takealot or Istore voucher and if you minus R1000.00 excess they owe me R13000.00 voucher so that I can replace my lost phone I’m not happy with their decision at all
