I'm 'in love' with Naked. I had 2 damage claims since April this year and I never thought it could be this easy. I switched insurers, because my excess on the other insurer was unaffordable. I have a lower premium with Naked and I chose the excess amount of R1500. One do everything online, from the accident, photos, police report, accessor approval. Naked send you to the best panelbeater, without you having to phone for quotes or anything. Most of the panelbeaters have a online portal with Naked where photos of your car and the progress is posted daily.
