I'm extremely happy with the service received from naked insurance and the quick turnaround times in ensuring that my phone was repaired. The communication was also appreciated as Phindile kept me updated at all times and responses were quick as well. I had cracked and damaged my phone screen in a fall on the 17 September and claim made on the app on the same day, and on Friday, 20 September my phone was assessed and repairs authorised by Naked Insurance on 21 September. My phone was repaired on the 23rd and the service provider chosen by naked for the repairs was also top tier as my phone was repaired within an hour and a half whilst I waited for it. My phone looks brand new.
