Naked Insurance paid for my car's crash. The claim process was satisfactory. Digital and easy. When my vehicle was towed, I had to pay for the one-way transportation from the scene to home. I feel they don't protect customers enough on this. The catastrophe happened 70 kilometres from home. I wonder what would have happened if it had happened 500 miles away. Above 60 kilometres, you must pay.

I'm happy with the vehicle repairs so far, but the back right fender damage and dent wasn't fixed. Despite my inquiries to the insurance company and assessor, the repairer said the part is not accident-related. The insurance company and assessor didn't tell me this until I picked up the car from the repair shop. The claim procedure went well, and we can still work on this.
