I’m disappointed with Naked insurance

I was involved in an accident on 2023-10-29 October up until now my claim is not approved yet.It is still on validation for weeks now because they are under the impression that I was under the influence of alcohol when they are interviewing me and my witness but there are no blood samples that were taken.I’m very disappointed with this ****a insurance company.They are very unprofessional and they don’t understand the law.I submitted all they wanted from me but my claim is still on review.I won’t encourage someone to join this insurance anymore.
