I’m currently insured with them and I have an ongoing claim with them
<div>I’m currently insured with them and I have an ongoing claim with them. My car was involved in a ln accident and now the car is sitting at Dino Panelbeaters and their is no communication between the Panelbeaters and Naked insurance and they are are not giving me any feedback on my car as it’s been there for 2weeks. I’ve been calling the helpline at Naked and the lady that’s handling my claim (**** from claims) has been promising to give me feedback and I haven’t gotten any from them, even today I called around lunch time and was promised a call back but nothing again.</div>

We are informed that you were called yesterday, and it was explained that we are also actively following up with the panel beater to get feedback. We are keeping a close track of things to make sure your car repairs are completed as soon as possible.
