If you’re not naked yet then you need to get naked asap! We took the TV off the stand to mount it to the wall and it was mistakenly cracked. I submitted a claim and everything was so easy I didn’t have to call them I didn’t have to spend hours on the phone it was all simple email correspondence. They arranged a video call to assess my damage and deemed my device as irreparable. They immediately then sourced a new TV to get it replaced and within the same day my new TV is on its way to me.
