I'd recommend Naked Insurance any day!

I was insured with Naked car insurance on comprehensive cover when I got hijacked in June 2024. I filed a claim first thing the next morning after dealing with police officers, banks and cellphone network providers. I was obviously quite distraught and traumatised for a while after that so it didn't help seeing how many insurance horror stories were out there. Luckily my experience with Naked was amazing. They honoured their promises and they were effecient throughout. Everyone I dealt with was reassuring and I felt like I was dealing with humans who actually cared about getting everything sorted out. They assigned a validator to my case within 24 hours and I had an interview with him within 3 days of submitting the claim. In the end they approved and settled with my bank about 20 days later.
