I’d like to express my deepest gratitude to the Naked insurance staff from the night of the accident, the gentleman who assisted me ensured my vehicle was towed by the correct company to his empathy for me and ensuring we were transported home safely ( I wasn’t aware of the transport benefit to the value of R500 should the vehicle be in drivable)! Further more I’d like to thank the claims department in particular Nombulelo Macozoma and outsourced personnel Sipho for their professionalism and prompt response whilst handling my claim.
