I would love to give Naked insurance a 10/10 customer experience rating. After getting ****** and my phone getting ******. I was promptly assisted by Angelina Luis, Mbali Khoza, and Kamogelo Silinda. They all attended to my query with great efficiency and care. They provided with same day responses and I was very impressed how quickly my phone insurance claim was processed and how quickly I received the phone. I was very anxious when I reported the issue thinking that I was going to be sent from pillar to post but the claiming process was smooth and seem-less. This was the best customer experience I have ever had in a while. They are the best 🙏🏾🙏🏾🔥
