As for the process itself - well it was as easy as getting Naked (or the act of undressing itself might have been more tiresome). Their agents (in this case Josh Butler) are responsive, quick, knowledgeable and sincere. The system is also incredibly well oiled. Have loaded the wrong model of car in the first instance I had to cancel the policy and re-ensure. The system acknowledged credit and when the right model was selected only the incremental excess was debited as it knew I had credit from the first instance. Colour me superbly impressed.
