I was very sceptical to begin with. Their monthly premium beat my old insurance by almost 50%. I registered and took a few photos and ****.... I'm insured just like that. Then the unfortunate happened, someone turned straight into my way, and I had a collision. I called Nake, and within 15min a breakdown was on scene and assisted with the towing (this could have been done on the app as well, but when you make an accident like that, you want to talk to someone).And the process from there was just simple. I uploaded pics of the accident, of the police report (all on the app), sent them my keys and car reg papers, and within a few days, they paid my settlement amount. I honestly cannot be happier with the service I got from them and my monthly premium. Can recommend Naked to anyone.
