I was very impressed with the claim process with Naked

I was very impressed with the claim process with Naked. I filed the claim through the app and then was assigned a dedicated person, Jemma, who helped me through the whole process via email and phone. She was always quick to respond to me, very clear with her explanations, and always happy to answer my questions- calling when email was becoming too cumbersome. The whole process was pretty simple and my claim for storm damage was approved. I am impressed with the whole process.
