I was really worried about moving from my broker whom i could call and have a convo to an insurance that seemed a little less interpersonal given the automated function or quoting and stuff. Anyway i messed up my quoting on multiple times but one of the consultants D********* took her time to help me find the product i was looking for and fix the error i had. This was just my sign up experience and its encouraging to know that "touch wood" should i have problems or claims they will be as efficient.
