I was assisted by Samuel M through the process and he was a absolute rock star! He communicated with me often and made sure I had a rental vehicle for the full time it took for my car to be repaired. The claims process was smooth and no issues on paying out on the claim even though I was at fault. Highly recommend Naked Insurance.
