I was assisted by Phindi and Karabo, I logged the claim via the app - very easy to do and follow the steps. They also resolved my claim in 2-3 working days which is really quick. I am a happy customer and would recommend them. This is my first ever claim and the process went very smoothly. Only thing I would say is the replacement item was not available so perhaps to check what can be insured for replacement vs claims card would be nice to know upfront as ideally I'd prefer the item being replaced.
