I was asked to pay an extra amount because the tow truck companies are not on your panel, whereas there were plenty companies around. Why is it my problem???

I was disappointed with Naked insurance.. You came highly recommended but now I have regrets. On Saturday afternoon car broke down on the road. I called for a tow truck I was told I have to pay for an extra 6 kilometers as they only cover 40km return trip, that was fine. But then I received a call from dispatch telling me that I have to pay an extra R1500 because where I am the tow companies are not on their panel they have to call one 20km from where i am. I had to pay someone from my pocket to get my car off the street.
