I submitted a claim for a cracked windscreen on Thursday afternoon
I submitted a claim for a cracked windscreen on Thursday afternoon. By Thursday evening I had been contacted by the glass company and the call out was scheduled for the following Monday. The submission process on the App could not have been easier. I have also had multiple follow ups from Naked to ensure I am happy. They could not have done more to make this experience better.
