I submitted a claim early in the morning and by the afternoon my claim was approved

I submitted a claim early in the morning and by the afternoon my claim was approved. They advises on the service provider they will be using , that I will be contacted soon and the estimate on my exces. I was contacted by the Service provider later that day and my windscreen was fixed the following day. very happy :)
