I saw no way, naked made a way

My phone cracked and part of it was still working when I desperately put a bandage on it. I had no cash to pay my excess amount, I informed naked. I informed them I would try to save up money to afford to pay my access fee. Naked came to the rescue for me by wavering the access fee and putting it's deduction within my claim amount which afforded me the opportunity to fix my phone. This meant allot because I conduct my business on my phone. Naked pulled through for me in a big way which I didn't see coming.
