I recently had to file a claim with Naked after another driver reversed into my car in a parking bay and drove off. What could have been a very stressful experience turned out to be surprisingly smooth because of Naked. They processed my claim within a reasonable time, and my consultant by the name of Anele went above and beyond; checking in with me every week without fail to get updates and ensure everything was on track. His communication and professionalism really stood out. Naked really made the entire process easy and was well managed. I’m extremely happy with the service I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable car insurance. I’m definitely sticking to Naked ,they give me total peace of mind knowing that my car will be well looked after in these types of situations. It’s just a shame my premiums are going up soon!
