I received top notch service, and I’m super excited Claim submitted and within 24 hours my claim was approved and paid out. I had a new phone in less than 3 days… lost my phone on Sunday night, Monday I submitted my claim, Tuesday morning it was approved and later on Tuesday, I received my iStore voucher, Thursday my new phone was delivered. Just one thing I was not so happy about is that they only paid out the current value of the phone not the value I bought it with. Which was explained and clarified, therefore I’m rating them a 9.5/10🤩
