I previously had my phone ******. Naked were great in handling the claim and explaining the terms and conditions of the claim. I had a few frustrations, however, they were more from my side and Naked were very patient and did a great job of explaining the various claim routes I could take. I dealt with Kamogelo Silinda who was absolutely fantastic
