I phoned Naked regarding a query I couldn’t get an answer for through the app, and was SO pleasantly surprised at how quickly and easily I could get through to a real person through their call-line. Not only were they easy to contact, but the consultant, Skye, was extraordinarily kind, helpful and professional - going out of their way to make sure all my questions were answered and checked. Additionally, when my airtime ran out, they phoned back directly without a moment’s wait. 10/10 service!
