I NOW PAY TRIPLE MY INITIAL PREMIUM AMOUNT!
Insured my mobile device with them. When I was first insured with them my premium was around R110 - R150 then due to non payment because my bank card had expired my insurance was cancelled, & cancelled insurance means increased premium. The second time my insurance was cancelled without any communication & the company claimed it was due to non payment again but to my dismay I was not debited or the money was not taken for that particular month & I don’t see how that was my fault as the account is debited as a debit order every month. I NOW PAY TRIPLE MY INITIAL PREMIUM AMOUNT!
